Please read these carefully before placing an order
Your rights are very important to us. We aim to provide you with the best watch buying experience, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions then please do not purchase a watch from us.
What
do we provide on purchase
We provide a brand new unused watch with all original packaging and documentation
as described on our website. We try to be as accurate as possible but we cannot
be held responsible for manufacturing changes to an individual model. We provide
adequate packaging to ensure you receive your purchase safely. Our watches are Military Issue so may not come with the same box or manuals as a civilian type watch.
Delivery
Delivery will take place within 28 days of purchase or we will offer a full
and unconditional refund. In reality we aim to ship any order within 72hrs (if stock permits) We use Royal Mail Signed
For Services and all purchases are fully insured in transit. Some watches are dispatched direct from the manufacturer and delivery times may vary but will always be within our quoted time.
If you receive a package that appears to have been damaged in transit then you must sign for it as damaged, then check the contents. If damage is found or if you receive an incorrect item then you must notify us within 24 hrs and retain all packaging. We will refund all costs incurred in sending the item back to us via Recorded Delivery mail.
Warranty
All watches supplied by us have a full manufacturers warranty. You should register
your purchase where necessary to enable you to use this warranty should it be required.
If any item is received and found to have a fault then we will replace
it ourselves within the first 14 days. Warranties do not cover replacement
batteries, straps or breakages to the glass. All shipping charges are the buyers responsibility. We are happy to assist with warranty claims. If you are returning a watch to us for warranty work please enclose a cheque for £15 made payable to 'Telford Services' as we will need to forward your watch via Special Delivery to the manufacturer and then return it to you via 'Special Delivery' Please see our Warranty page for more information. This does not affect your statutory Rights.
Batteries
All the watches we supply are brand new and are supplied with a battery fitted by the manufacturer. We cannot warranty the life of the battery as it is impossible for us to know how long the watch has been in manufacturers stock prior to shipping to us. Our stock is turned over very quickly and it is unusual for us to have an individual watch longer than a month. We rotate our stock to ensure all customers should have the longest possible battery life. All watches are tested with a Renata Battery Tester prior to dispatch, this allows us to check the battery without removing the back.
If your watch suddenly stops then we recommend you take it to a reputable Jewellery shop. They should be able to tell if it is a battery issue without taking the back off. If a watch is returned to us as faulty and it is found to be a flat battery then we reserve the right to charge for a battery change and all shipping costs.

Return Policy
You may return your purchase within 10 days of receipt as long as the watch has not been worn, sized, scratched or altered in any way. Distance selling regulations allow you 7 days 'cooling off' but we allow 10 days.
If you are thinking about returning a watch, do not wear it or remove any factory wrappings it may have. Wearing a watch, even for a short period of time, can impart small hairline scratches on it and make it unsaleable. You would not want to receive a watch that someone else has worn, so we are quite firm on this policy.
Watch must be returned with box and packing, tags attached , warranty and receipt. Items must be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery and fully insured.
We will inspect every watch upon return and if any of the above conditions are not met, at our sole discretion, we reserve the right of refusing the return at which point the watch will be returned to you.
Special order items are not returnable. this includes all KHS and Luminox watches which are supplied direct from the manufacturer.
Watches returned will be refunded in full except for the postage and packaging charges.
Any item returned after 10 days will be considered for exchange or partial refund based on its 'used' value. If the watch is in perfect condition with original packaging then we will refund up to 75% of purchase cost. We reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange any non-faulty item after 10 days from date of delivery.
NOTE: Telford Services are not responsible for any watch returned for refund/replacement that is not returned in the manner set forth above nor do we accept any returns/replacements for special/bulk order or items given as a gift by Telford Services.
International Orders
Due to the high incidence of Card Holder Not Present Fraud we reserve the right to ask for further proof of identity before dispatching any watch. We may require a signed copy of the order to be faxed to us before dispatch. We also may require a copy of Photo ID. This will be on a case by case basis.
REMEMBER
The No Quible refund policy is subject to the watch being returned to us with all original packaging and labelling, we will not accept watches that have been worn or used or where the packaging is damaged.
Pricing
All prices shown on our website are subject to change due to exchange rates and trade cost to us. We try and maintain an accurate pricing on our main website, however all up to date pricing is shown in our online shop. This is the latest current price.
Dispute
resolution
We always aim to resolve disputes as quickly and fairly as possible. If there
is a genuine fault with your purchase within the first 28 days then we will
change the watch ourselves. If a fault develops after the 28 days then you
must return the item under warranty. We are always happy to provide advice
on warranty issues. All our watches are genuine UK supplied items. They are
not grey imports or copies, you can rest assured that you will receive full
support from the official UK agent of the watch you purchased.
